Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which Ankleflushing offers refunds for consulting services, personalized plans, educational products, and programs. It applies to consumers within the European Union in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

1. General Principles

We want you to feel confident when purchasing our educational products and services. This policy outlines when refunds are available, how to request them, and what to expect during the process. All refund requests are handled fairly and in compliance with Dutch consumer law and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

2. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day after you receive access to a digital product or educational material.

However, if you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins, the right of withdrawal does not apply after access has been granted. This consent is obtained at the point of purchase.

If you have not yet accessed the digital product and request withdrawal within 14 days, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification.

3. Educational Products

3.1 Digital Guides and Self-Paced Materials

Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed the materials. Once access has been granted with your prior consent, refunds are generally not available unless the product is materially defective or not as described.

3.2 Material Defects

If an educational product is incomplete, corrupted, or substantially different from its description, contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will either provide a corrected version or issue a full refund at your choice.

4. Consulting Services

4.1 Before the Session

If you cancel a scheduled consulting session more than 48 hours before the agreed start time, you are entitled to a full refund of any prepaid fee or free rescheduling at your choice. Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the session may receive a 50% refund or free rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

4.2 After the Session

Consulting sessions that have been fully delivered are generally non-refundable, as the service has been rendered. If you believe the session did not meet the agreed scope, contact us within 7 days with a detailed description. We will review your concern and may offer a partial refund, a complimentary follow-up session, or another appropriate remedy.

5. Personalized Plans

Personalized non-medical routine plans are prepared specifically for you based on information you provide. Once the plan has been delivered, refunds are not available unless the delivered plan is materially incomplete or fails to reflect the information you submitted.

If you cancel a personalized plan order before work has begun, you are entitled to a full refund. If work has partially commenced, we will refund the portion of the fee corresponding to undelivered work, calculated proportionally.

6. Programs and Multi-Week Challenges

For multi-week programs, the following refund schedule applies if you withdraw after the program has started:

  • Withdrawal before Week 1 begins: full refund
  • Withdrawal during Week 1: 75% refund
  • Withdrawal during Week 2: 50% refund
  • Withdrawal after Week 2: no refund, unless exceptional circumstances apply

Exceptional circumstances include serious illness or unforeseen events preventing participation. Contact us with supporting documentation and we will assess your request individually.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to assist@ankleflushing.world with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your full name and email address used for purchase
  • Order or invoice number
  • Date of purchase
  • Product or service purchased
  • Reason for the refund request

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 14 business days. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Digital products accessed with prior consent waiving the withdrawal right
  • Completed consulting sessions that met the agreed scope
  • Delivered personalized plans that accurately reflect submitted information
  • Promotional or discounted items where the refund terms were specified differently at purchase

9. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of access to purchased materials and services.

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU or national law. If you are a consumer in the Netherlands, you may also contact the Geschillencommissie or seek advice from the European Consumer Centre Netherlands.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated policy is published. The date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
